OPACI-COAT-300 Graco Operation Guide - ICD High Performance Coatings + Chemistries

Steps:

  1. Start by placing the suction tube into the bucket of coating.
  2. Next, unscrew the air cap from the spray gun.
  3. Turn the master air valve to the on position.
  4. Turn the fluid pressure on slightly until you hear the pump start to function.
  5. Purge the paint line of any water into an empty bucket before you begin to start production.
  6. Screw the air cap back onto the spray gun.
  7. For safety, always ensure the trigger lock is on when the spray gun is not in use.
  8. Before spraying, turn on the air pressure and fluid pressure to the pump. A good starting point for OPACI-COAT-300 is around 30 psi for both air and fluid pressure.
  9. Note: These settings can be adjusted based on preference.
  10. Before you begin spraying glass, test spray gun onto a test surface to ensure everything is working properly.
  11. Fan width can be adjusted by using the pattern air knob.
  12. Always check the operations manual and the equipment manufacturer for proper handling and care.
