Silicone Water-Based Elastomer (SWBE) Enhanced Coating vs. No Protective Coating

A yellow painted concrete wall was taped off down the middle and then a transparent silicone water-based elastomer (SWBE) enhanced coating was applied on the left side. The tape was removed, and after the protective coating cured it was tagged with generic spray paint. After the spray paint cured, the surface was cleaned with a cold water power washer. There is a distinct line where the SWBE enhanced coating ends in the middle as the power washer crosses over the center line and onto the right side where there is no protective coating. The spray paint is easily removed on the left and does not budge on the right.
