DISCOVERY

At ICD, we believe there's power and innovation embedded in discovery. "Keep turning over stones" and "Stay curious" are a couple of our favorite phrases. This is where we beg in our journey. We listen, learn, and ask questions to fully understand your root issue. Alignment around the problem is essential to find a lasting solution. To solve the issue, we collaborate to identify wants, needs, requirements, and restrictions. For the best path forward, we determine whether ICD would be an excellent partner to deliver your identified lasting solution. This may be an established product or service, or collaborative development. Once the path is determined, we move onto product validation.

PRODUCT VALIDATION

At ICD, we believe our customers should trial any product before adoption to ensure it meets expectations and produces success upon launch. Once the discovery stage has been completed, we continue onto product validation. From the identified customer needs in the discovery phase, we determine which established product best suits the desired application, or if a new product should be collaboratively developed. Our aim is to always solve a customer's problem. Cured and liquid samples are provided for review at the customers facility. A battery of performance and application tests are conducted to validate a products viability. Upon conclusion of testing, approval of the product is necessary to transition to onboarding.

ONBOARDING

At ICD we believe every customer deserves to be setup for success. Once the product validation stage is satisfied, we continue to onboarding. We accomplish account setup by solidifying terms, determining payment process, and making sure the overall account functions as anticipated. To ensure our customer's team members are well informed of their new product offering, we present live trainings for various functional groups including management, application, sales, marketing, and customer service. At this point our customer is ready to launch. They have the knowledge and tools to be successful on multiple fronts.

PRODUCTION

Production at ICD is the creation and fulfillment of high-performance products. In manufacturing, we perform a set of internal procedures to produce a product that exceeds customer expectations. Quality control verifications are performed at every level of our production process. This begins upon receiving the raw material, during manufacturing, and completed with product shipment. For a consistent fulfillment experience, we promote supply chain diversification to ensure product availability.

ENGAGEMENT

At ICD, we're enthusiastic about meaningful customer engagement. We consistently check in and ask, "How are we doing?". We seek feedback to become better and grow together. SUPPORT

ICD offers ongoing support through our technical, sales and marketing teams. ICD's technical department offers quick resources, guidance, educational courses, and resources. These provide a proactive approach to ensure successful product applications and maintenance. ICD's marketing department regularly improves physical and digital product collateral and communicates best-use practices. The sales department offers training sessions to reinvigorate customers with product knowledge to boost their sales. You can clearly see we care about customer education and success. We also facilitate education for anyone who may engage with our products. We do this to streamline communication and bridge gaps, accelerating the sales process.
